2. TenStep PB Framework™ (TenStep PB) is a derivative product that combines the content of the TenStep process with the content of the PMBOK® Guide from the Project Management Institute (PMI). The resulting product is in the PMBOK® Guide format, but contains links to all of our content in the appropriate areas. The PMBOK® Guide is not a methodology. It is a model showing the various knowledge areas that PMI feels that project managers should understand to be successful. The added TenStep content creates a full methodology within the PMBOK® Guide model. This product is co-licensed from PMI and certain restrictions are placed on the sale and use of this product. 3. The PMOStep Project Management Framework™ (PMOStep) helps companies build a Project Management Office (PMO). Once the PMO is established, PMOStep describes a holistic approach to deploying and supporting project management processes in the organization.
