2. TenStep Project Management Process in the PMBOK Framework™ (TenStep PB) is a derivative product that combines the content of the TenStep process with the content of the PMBOK from the Project Management Institute (PMI). The resulting product is in the PMBOK format, but contains links to all of our content in the appropriate areas. The PMBOK is not a methodology. It is a model showing the various knowledge areas that PMI feels that project managers should understand to be successful. The added TenStep content creates a full methodology in the PMBOK within the PMBOK model. This product is co-licensed from PMI and certain restrictions are placed on the sale and use of this product. 3. The PMOStep Project Management Framework™ (PMOStep) helps companies build a Project Management Office (PMO). Once the PMO is established, PMOStep describes a holistic approach to deploying and supporting project management processes in the organization.
